Ada Maduakoh

Lawyer and management consultant


Ada Maduakoh is a lawyer and management consultant. She has held a number of senior positions in the private and public sector and international civil service and is fully bi-lingual (French and English). She is highly skilled in human rights advocacy and considered a specialist in equality and diversity issues. She is currently the founder and CEO of ProDiverse Global and Sandown Corporate Ltd. She has lived and worked in various countries across Africa during her tenure with the United Nations. She has sat on various Boards and Task Forces including the Board of the North London Chamber of Commerce and founded and set up several companies and international NGO’s. Her extensive experience in the area of international development provides her with unique insight. Her clients have included senior leaders in the private sector and high level Government officials in Africa. Ada is a true Pan-Africanist with a passion for social and economic development in Africa. She is also involved in various charities and is currently a Director and Trustee of the Africa Justice Foundation and Director of Aid Unltd International, Catalyst East Africa and a host of other charities. She is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Ada brings vision and hands on experience in working with African governments to the Embrace team, and her knowledge of equality and diversity have helped guide the development of the equality programmes in line with cultural values and geographical reach.
